When our 24-hour Freeze Alert™ service office receives a call from your electronic freeze monitor reporting your home temperature has fallen below 42 degrees, we contact a licensed heating company and access them to your home to repair the problem. Then we call to let you know that we did receive a freeze alarm call and your furnace has been repaired. Of course, homeowners would be contacted for approval of extraordinary repairs.
